A Grade 2 listed, derelict water mill and farm converted into two houses and three holiday cottages, whilst still retaining the water wheel and internal mill machinery. A number of issues were overcome including – Flooding from stream that passes through the site (by designing a flood attention scheme to retain water higher up the stream), Restoration of the building, Retaining bat roosts and Getting planning permission.
