Planning permission for residential development on the site was granted after a previous scheme, submitted by a different planning consultant, was refused.
PERMISSION GRANTED FOR FOUR HOUSES ON DERELICT INDUSTRIAL SITE
As in many cases the planning application was not straightforward. Issues faced – Possible contamination, Flooding, Noise from nearby industrial site, Green Belt, Bat mitigation and Biodiversity. Working closely with the client and the Council all these issues were successfully resolved and approval was granted.
